This five-story building has 14 one-bedroom apartments, each with one and a half baths, ranging in size from 600 to 850 S.F

All units have balconies, and an upper-level recreational deck complements the open space. The ground level includes partially covered parking surrounded by landscaping.

The total building floor area is 15,800 S.F. to be built on a 10,800 S.F. lot, with a construction cost of $5.5 million dollars. The building is scheduled for completion in the next two years.

The services included the pressure washing, exterior paint scheme of the site building; the design of a new recreational area that included three (3) new trellises, new landscaping around the property premises, additional parking spaces; parking lot refurbished and stripping with new wheel stops; new aluminum fencing around site perimeter with concrete pillars; new security gate equipment and cameras. And the CD’s for the entire improvement project.
