In 2013, he earned a Master of Science in Community & Economic Development degree with emphasis: Land Use Planning & GIS from the University of Central Arkansas. Mr. Gonzalez-Rams is a Registered Architect in State of Florida and State of Texas; and Registered Interior Designer State of Florida; certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration (NCARB), LEED Green Associate with the U.S. Green Building Council, and a Member of the American Institute of Architects. Result-driven multi-skilled professional with 20+ years of management experience in developing capital improvement plan (CIP), master planning, space management, commercial, educational, hospitality, office and residential project types; managing more than $700 + million dollars in projects. Area of interest is development and construction.
